Ajax develops each player through the 4 phases of the AFC player: Age of Fun Understanding how to Train, Training to Train and Training to Compete. We build a player like you might build a house. We work from the ground floor and build our way up. Along the way Ajax has taken the opportunity to work with professional coaches and clubs in the shared philosophy of putting the quality player and development first. This has proved to be a great attraction to the soccer players and coaches in Simi Valley and surrounding areas.
